22.10.-06.11.2025 Call and application period at your university including the pre-selection at your university
Please pre-nominate a maximum of 5 students.
07.04.2025 06.11.2025: Deadline pre-nomination from partners (via attached Excel – not Mobility Online) Please make sure your students already apply with all necessary documents (Transcript of Records, current Enrolment Certificate, motivation letter for study programme) and only nominate them if the documents are complete!
07.11.2025 HNEE sends registration link to prenominated students
07.11.-21.11.2025 Students register and upload documents (via Mobility Online) Only students who upload all documents in time are considered in the further process.
21.11. – 05.12.2025 Internal selection process at HNEE
10.12. – 12.12.2025 HNEE sends acceptance or rejection letters to applicants (they then have appr. 3 months to organise their stay)
